ANIMATION SHOP TRANSPARENCY SETTINGS
First it is best not to use drop shadows when creating Animations with out backgrounds. The drop shadows tend to make jagged edges around things. Of if you do make sure to put a good mask behind the image. And then soften it.

3. Next Settings will be Color Tab
4. Next Step Optimization Settings
5. Next Step is partial Transparency
Try the below settings if these do not work

till you find what works
